Dr. Ananya Raihan
Dr. Ananya Raihan assumed the role of Chairperson of iSocial in December 2024, after serving as its Chief Executive Director since 2016.
He began his career in academia in 1993 and transitioned to policy research in 2001. That same year, he co-founded Dnet, one of Bangladesh’s first social enterprises, along with like-minded professionals. A dedicated social entrepreneur, educator, and mentor with more than 20 years of experience transforming purposeful ideas into sustainable, impactful enterprises.
Pinki Shah brings a powerful blend of academic rigor and grassroots innovation to Junction Bangladesh. Over a stellar 17-year tenure at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB)—where she served as a Professor, Academic Council member, and head of major co-curricular and quality assurance initiatives—she mastered the art of building community capacity, mentoring diverse talent, and developing robust institutional frameworks. Her published research spans economics, finance, sustainability, and economic empowerment.
