An alumna of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, she combines deep strategic insights with extensive "in-the-trenches" experience across major international NGOs, tech hubs, and academic institutions. Her diverse portfolio includes driving talent strategy for international development organizations like Plan International and Max Foundation, alongside over five years of university lecturing at ULAB and the State University of Bangladesh. Shahlin is an articulate communicator and coach who leverages an engaging, motivational style to guide individuals from foundational ideas to efficient execution. Her core strengths lie in organizational structuring, budget optimization, and leadership development.
